In Memory of Robert Novak

FZ: “The biggest threat to America today is not Communism–it’s moving America toward a fascist theocracy. And everything that’s happened during the Reagan administration is steering us right down that pike.”

Bob Novak: “Oh, Mr. you really think...I mean all kidding aside, in this country, with the permissiveness, that we are moving toward a fascist theocracy?”

FZ: “You bet we are, buddy.”

I am not sure how we got to Fascism from Reagan other then some whiny leftist that does not like Conservatives.

Fascism is where the people own the means of production and the govt controls what is produced through taxation and regulation. We are in the mold when the dems are in charge, through sharia law is thrown in with zero running things.

This description aptly fits the left, not the Conservatives. Conservatives lean towards low taxes, a lot less regulation and govt intrusion in business and our private lives.

Why not stick to welding which I find interesting and leave this lame brain leftist crap on the cutting room floor, where it belongs.

I enjoy the articles about welding find this interesting and informative for a budding 64 year old retired GI that enjoys learning to weld. The politics, I don't find amusing, welding please.
